1. Acceptance

By using AIJobs.com.my, operated by AITG Sdn Bhd (202601016521 / 1678618-W), you agree to these Terms.

2. Employer obligations

Employers must provide accurate job information including genuine salary ranges. Misrepresentation of salary or role details is grounds for immediate listing removal without refund.

3. Salary verification

We reserve the right to verify declared salary ranges against market data and remove or flag listings where declared ranges appear inaccurate.

4. Payments and refunds

Listing fees are non-refundable once a listing is published. If we decline a listing before publication, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.

5. Limitation of liability

We are a directory service only. We are not a party to any employment relationship and are not liable for outcomes of applications made through this site.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Malaysian law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
